We are ideally located to explore the Suffolk heritage coast and countryside, and there are many places of interest all within easy driving distance.

Flatford Mill & Dedham Vale, know as 'Constable Country', is where John Constable painted many of his more famous pictures.  The wool towns and villages of Lavenham, Sudbury, Hadleigh, Long Melford, Kersey and Cavendish, and the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, with its magnificent abbey and gardens, are all picturesque destinations.  The nearest seaside town is Felixstowe and there are many other interesting waterside destinations along the estuaries of the rivers Deben, Orwell, Stour and Alde.  There is a maze of public footpaths in and around the village and the paths are all well maintained providing a good variety of walks through woodland and open countryside.

All properties are approximately 100 metres from the Brook Inn, which serves meals.  There are several other pubs also serving good food within just a few miles.  All our properties are non-smoking and no pets.
